When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We keep contact form entries & analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We may incorporate the use of session recording for the use of website troubleshooting, analytics, user behavior and/or fraud reduction.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Some of our web plug ins need to create cookies for visitors who use the social login authorization flow. We follow our Pennsylvania’s Business Privacy Law guidelines. As per these guidelines customer’s will be informed of a breach without unreasonable delay when it affects more than 1000 customers. Data that has been encrypted, and is not accessible, is excluded. Any significant breach in data will be reported the nationwide credit reporting agency (CRA) per PA guidelines. Notification can be by written letter, telephone or email.

We do not deal with third parties for acquiring customer data nor do we share customer data with third parties.

We do not perform any customer profiling (for example aggregation of data into an advertising profile).
